  @george 您好，我又确认了一下，在用systemctl关闭rkaiq的服务之后，读取/dev/video11就是正常的未经isp处理的图像，颜色非常暗，然后开启rkaiq_3a_server之后图像就是全黑的，使用v4l2抓图像是没有读出来数据，感觉不像是读出来了全黑的图

  Yes i see it in the schematics now. You are right.

  Usually with rk3588 boards You connect the usb-c port with a usb - usb-c cable to the laptop usb-a port and flash it in maskrom mode.

  My mistake was not to fully study the schematics. In the schematics i see the OTG port is wired to a USB 3 A port.

  I had connected the usb-c to my computer with usb-c to usb A cable and did feed separately 12V to DCIN.

  12V DC in is directly wired to the USB-C port pins. no reverse protection on the usb-c port.

  I added now a diode similar to the DCIN diode. now can never happen again.

  @george okay, i tried it again from a bare-metal win machine and that seemed to do the trick, thanks!

  Now entering disk mode to write to emmc doesnt seem to work anymore, is there any formatting that needs to be done using the rkdevtool? I tried the formatting through armbian on a usb stick.

  去年同样操作过，没问题，今年买了两台新的CM5，发现运行软件一直警告，无法解决
  详细对比了去年和今年版本的差异，发现去年系统版本是

  Linux coolpi 5.10.110 #2 SMP Sun Dec 22 10:43:41 CST 2023 aarch64 aarch64 aarch64 GNu/Linux

  而新机器的版本是

  Linux coolpi 5.10.110 #2 SMP Sun Dec 22 10:43:41 CST 2024 aarch64 aarch64 aarch64 GNu/Linux

  有新老版本的差异，在尝试各种方式安装kernel无果，尝试备份老机器后，还原到新机器中也无法开机后，重刷了2023版本的系统，重装系统后运行正常。
  最后，需要请教一下，新老版本在preemption model上有无差别？

  Currently, both the official kernel for 6.1 and the mainline kernel for 6.7 are being adapted. Github has already pushed version 6.1, but currently only supports CM5-EVB. Modifications for other machines will be submitted as soon as possible. After the kernel version stabilizes, an updated distribution image will be released.
